Job Descriptions and Responsibilities :
Coordinate with the sales team for technical issues in the customer
Conduct product demos / trials at the customer
Responsible for all technical problems
Perform technical and product presentations at the customer
Identifying technical problems and the solutions at the customer
Conduct regular visits related to technical support at the customer
Requirements:
Having experience in the same position is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome
max. 27 years old
Understand networking and its troubleshooting
Understand Linux OS and its troubleshooting
Min. Vocational High at Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ)
Having motorcycle and driving license
